Shortlist Results: UCF-609 Student Union Renovation/Remodel

The Selection Committee met on January 6, 2026 to review the tabulated results and to rank the firms in the order of those most highly qualified to perform the required service.  The Selection Committee has determined that the order of firms, based on qualifications, is:

4. Turner Construction Company
5. Scorpio
6. Barr & Barr
7. T&G Corporation
8. Pirtle Construction Company
9. CORE Construction Services of Florida, LLC
10. Oelrich Construction, Inc.
11. Thornton Construction, Inc.
12. Leopardo Companies

Based on the tabulated results, the Selection Committee recommends a short-list of the top four (4) firms.
