General Contractor Site Work Continuing Service Shortlist Results

The Selection Committee met on September 15, 2023 to review the tabulated results and to rank the firms in the order of those most highly qualified to perform the required service. The Selection Committee has determined that the order of firms, based on qualifications, is:

1. Gibbs & Register, Inc.
2. Hubbard Construction Company
3. Cathcart Construction Company
4. Southern Development & Construction, Inc.
5. TS&C Construction Services of Florida, LLC
6. Prime Construction Group, Inc.
7. Garcia Civil Contractors

Based on the tabulated results, the Selection Committee recommends a short-list of the top five firms.
