About the Project

The New Roth Tower project includes renovation and expansion of the existing stadium’s west tower. The scope includes partial demolition, expansion and rebuilding the a new tower in its place with an overall construction duration of 20 months, from December 2024 – July 2026. The first year of construction will focus on the North and South expansions while keeping the existing stadium tower operational for the 2025 football season. After the 2025 football season, the existing stadium tower façade and interiors will be demolished. Following demolition, the new façade, clubs, and suites will be constructed with the new Roth tower complete for the 2026 football season.
