About the Project

The scope includes renovations to the Pegasus Ballroom, Pegasus Corridor, and Flag Corridor (now called the Connector Corridor). Items such as the atrium skylight, Connector Corridor skylight, and smoke evacuation system will be replaced, and a new entryway and pre-function space will be added.

 

Impacts to Campus

• ADA Parking Relocation: Accessible spots previously located behind the John T. Washington Center moving to Lot H2.
• Mailbox Relocation: The Student Union mail drop-off box is moving to the JT Washington breezeway near Chick-fil-A.
• Road Access: Access to the road running behind the Pegasus Ballroom will be limited to construction vehicles and JT Washington deliveries via a rolling gate.
