This parking garage expansion, completed in August 2016, added approximately 600 parking spots to Garage C, offsetting a substantial surface parking loss caused by the construction of UCF Global and Research I on existing parking lots. This project also relocated the main entrance to Parking Garage C, and re-worked the entry road to the core of campus on the south side of the garage. This road work included the installation of the chilled water piping for District Energy Plant IV, preventing the DEP IV project from having to do significant re-work to the road during its construction. This project also installed a new elevator in Parking Garage C, which provides ADA access to upper levels of the parking deck.
