Final Results – Mechanical Contractor $4M Continuing Service

On July 1, 2024, interviews were conducted with the short-listed firms for the above-referenced project.  The Selection Committee has determined that the most qualified firms, in order of priority, are:

2. Engineered Cooling Services
3. Energy Air, Inc.
4. EMCOR Mechanical Services of Central Florida
5. Kalos Services Inc.
6. SI Goldman Company Inc.
7. Harper Limbach
8. Bernhard

Based on the tabulated results, the Selection Committee recommends selecting all 8 firms.
