Kelly Esposito – Project Manager
Kelly is a graduate of Ashworth College with an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management. Kelly has successfully completed several K-12 and healthcare projects with a focus on quality control, client communications and minimizing impact to daily facility operations. She has extensive experience in completing greenfield projects from beginning to end to include a Medical Office Building and K-12 facilities. Her focus on quality control helped to provide the School District of Osceola County with the first Net-Zero, K-12 in the State of Florida. She has also received an Excellence in Construction Golden Eagle award from Associated Builders and Contractors for Tohopekaliga High School. She is particularly adept at facilitating field concerns, securing vendor relationships and adjusting plans and schedules to meet project requirements on time and budget. She is skilled in establishing and maintaining open communication on her projects, ensuring key stakeholders have the necessary information required for the successful planning, coordination and implementation of her projects. Kelly has joined the UCF team in October 2019 to focus on completing several deferred maintenance projects throughout the main campus.
