Evan is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He got his start in construction management working at internships throughout college for two different companies based out of Portland, OR. These projects varied in size from a large $150M ROTC Facility construction to small <$1M renovation projects in the heart of downtown. Since his graduation in 2011, Evan has worked on a variety of ground up and renovation projects moving up through the ranks of Project Engineer to become a Project Manager in 2015. Evan started his post-college career working with a Construction Management Firm in Denver, CO. He has completed new construction projects in multiple market sectors including retail, medical office buildings, multifamily residential, site infrastructure, and industrial. Since relocating to Orlando, FL in early 2018, Evan has successfully completed renovation projects in occupied hospitals, office buildings, and community centers with a focus on client communications and minimizing impact to daily facility operations. Evan joined the UCF team in April of 2019 and will be focusing on completing multiple deferred maintenance projects in various buildings throughout campus.
